now each time a comment is added I get four emails with the same

My son is in the marching band, and they traveled by bus to a big parade in a neighboring state.
The band director sent home a list of recommended items, and motion sickness medicine was on it.

I made sure he had some dramamine for band trips in his bag.
He said the ride was long, but he felt great and was able to perform his best in the
parade without feeling sick beforehand.
Have you ever thought about including a little bit more than just your
articles? I mean, what you say is important and all. Nevertheless think of if you
added some great pictures or videos to give your posts more,
“pop”! Your content is excellent but with images and video clips, this website could certainly
